What does it really mean to be in a toxic relationship?
This workshop invites you to look inward—exploring how self-awareness and body wisdom can help you recognize unhealthy dynamics. By tuning into what your body and intuition are telling you, you can discern whether discomfort comes from personal wounds being triggered or from the genuine suffering of an unhealthy relationship.
Our expert panelists will discuss patterns that lead to toxic interactions, including compulsions to carry others’ responsibilities, cravings to be rescued, and the ways unresolved wounds make toxic relationships feel familiar—even comfortable.
Through reflection and discussion, you’ll learn how to exercise boundaries that create safety, recognize when you’re out of alignment with your values, and break free from cycles of unhealthy connection. Whether in friendships, family, or romantic relationships, this class will give you the tools to foster self-trust, empowerment, and relationships rooted in mutual respect and growth.
