Moving Through Change Like a Star

  • Temescal Works 490 43rd Street Oakland, CA, 94609 (map)

Join us for an evening of connection, support, and empowerment as we explore effective strategies for navigating tough transitions.

Whether you're facing a career change, relationship shift, or any other major life transition, we’ll share tools and resources to navigate the process with confidence.

Hear from a diverse panel of therapists and coaches who have successfully navigated their own transitions and helped many others work through their own. Gain valuable insights, strategies, and inspiration from their personal stories and journeys.

Connect with like-minded individuals who are also going through transitions. Share your experiences, challenges, and triumphs, and build a supportive network to lean on during this transformative time.
