The Masks We Wear: Exploring Authenticity in Relationships
In a world where masks are often necessary to navigate social expectations, how do we cultivate genuine connection?
Join us for an empowering evening of insight, reflection, and conversation.
This workshop explores the roles and facades we adopt—why we wear them, how they’ve helped us survive, and how they may be keeping us from deeper, more aligned relationships.
We’ll explore how early messages, gendered conditioning, or unsafe relational experiences can cause us to disconnect from our true selves—and how reclaiming authenticity can feel both risky and freeing.
Together, we’ll also take time to get honest about what we want, need, and value in our relationships, and how we can begin showing up more congruently in our lives.
You will learn:
• How to recognize the roles and masks you wear in different relationships
• Why these protective strategies developed and how they once served you
• How to safely practice authenticity and vulnerability
• How to spot authenticity (or lack of it) in others
• Tools to build more aligned, meaningful connections—starting with yourself
This gathering is for any woman who wants to live, love, and lead from a place of deeper truth and emotional integrity.
